Call your Project Manager with the date and time of your Insurance Adjuster’s appointment for their independent inspection. We will meet he or she there on your behalf so that you have professional representation.
Provide us a copy of the adjuster’s estimate and settlement summary. We will review their scope of work to ensure all damage is fairly and accurately reported. If we find a problem with their estimate, we will work with them directly to resolve any issues.
Our Service Contract will reflect replacement of your roof for the exact amount of the insurance estimate. You will have a price lock guarantee for the amount of your insurance deductible (any upgrades not covered by insurance would be a separate cost).
